New Delhi: Indian Law Institute (ILI), has begun the application process for Phd, LLM & PG Diploma programs for the academic session 2023-24. Interested and eligible candidates can enroll or Admission through the official portal, @ili.ac.in/.

Indian Law Institute (ILI) offers a full-time Ph.D, LLM, and PG Diploma program in the field of law. Candidates intending to enroll for the PhD, LLM programme can submit their applications till April 21, 2023, whereas PG diploma application can be submitted till June 30, 2023.

ILI Admission 2023 to the PhD, LLM, and PG Diploma programme will be based on the merit obtained by the candidates in the written test followed by their performance in the personal interview round.

ILI Phd, LLM, PG Diploma Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

In order to enrol for admission to the ILI Phd, LLM, PG Diploma program, candidates will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria.

Name of the Programme  Eligibility Criteria  Selection Process 
Ph.D. in Law Candidates must have an LL.M. Degree from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks. Candidates appearing for the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply but their admission will be subject to production of proof of having an acquired minimum prescribed qualification, at the time of admission. Admission to the Ph.D. program will be based on a written test conducted by the Institute followed by Presentation and Interview.
LL.M.-One Year Programme Candidates must hold LL.B. degree with not less than 50% marks from any University / Institution recognized by BCI as eligible for enrolment as an advocate in India. Candidates holding a Law Degree from a foreign university with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade as per Association of Indian University (AIU) guidelines are eligible. Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply but their admission will be subject to production of proof of having the acquired minimum prescribed qualification, at the time of admission.  Candidate's selection to the LL.M will be granted through the merit obtained in the National Level entrance exam conducted by ILI, i.e. ILI Common Admission Test (ILICAT).
PG Diploma  Candidates must be a graduate from a recognised University. Additional 5% weightage in marks will be given to the Law Graduates/ CA/CMA/CS for admission to all PG Diploma Programmes where law is not the qualifying degree. The minimum qualifications for admission to P.G. Diploma in Labour Law is L.L.B/M.A in Social Sciences degree.  Candidate's selection to P.G Diploma programs at ILI are done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

Step 2: On the homepage, navigate to the registration window and register yourself by filling in the required details.

Step 3: Next, use the registration credentials to log in and fill in all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the requisite application fee and preview the application form.

Step 5: Finally, submit the application form and take a printout of the form for all your future references.
