New Delhi: Jammu University, Institute of Music and Fine Arts will begin the application process for admission to its BVA and BMus courses from August 01, 2022. Candidates can apply for these courses in various disciplines by submitting their applications by August 13, 2022.

As per Jammu University, admission is open to Painting, Sculpture, Applied Arts, and Art History & Aesthetics specializations under BVA and specializations in Vocal, Sitar, Violin, Tabla, and Kathak Dance under Bachelor Degree Course in Music (BMus).

To apply for Jammu University Admission 2022, candidates are required to submit their application form in offline mode along with required documents on or before the given deadline; August 13, 2022. The last date to apply with a late fee of INR 500/- is August 26, 2022.

Eligibility Criteria: To apply for BVA and BMus courses, candidates are required to have class 12th qualifications from any recognized exam board with at least 45% marks (40% marks required for reserved category candidates).

Selection Process: Selection will be based on marks secured in the admission test and class 12th qualifying examination. The final merit list will be prepared by the admission committee of the university based on admission parameters.
