Jammu University DDE PG Admission 2022 Open; Last Date to Apply is December 15

New Delhi: Jammu University, Directorate of Distance Education has begun the application process for the Post Graduate level degree programmes for the academic session 2022-24. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @www.distanceeducationju.in, by December 15, 2022.

The Directorate of Distance Education, DDE, Jammu University offers Master’s Degree Programmes in Commerce (M.Com), Dogri, Economics, English, Hindi, Pol. Science, Sociology & Urdu (Academic Session 2022-24) and one-year Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) for the Academic Session 2022-23. Candidates seeking admission to the PG programmes can submit their applications till December 15, 2022. 

Admission to the postgraduate Sem-I programmes is done based on the merit obtained by the candidates in their last qualifying graduate examination.

Jammu University DDE PG Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to P.G. 1st Semester in the Subjects Commerce (M.Com), Dogri, Economics, English, Hindi, Pol. Science, Sociology, Urdu & PGDBM programmes being offered by the DDE, University of Jammu, will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria. 

• Candidates must hold either B.A. or B.Com or any other equivalent Bachelor’s degree from Jammu University or any recognized University. 
• They should have obtained a minimum 60% aggregate marks. 

Jammu University DDE PG Admission 2022: Selection Process

• Candidate's selection to any of the postgraduate courses will be granted on the basis of the marks obtained in bachelor’s degree.
• Candidates will have to apply online and the University scrutinizes the eligible candidates applications and prepares a merit list.
• Later, the candidates will be called for counselling, if selected and upon verification of documents, admission is granted.

Jammu University DDE PG Admission 2022: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of Jammu University Distance Education @www.distanceeducationju.in

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.

Meanwhile, the candidates are required to submit the hardcopy of the application form along with the relevant documents (i.e original Fee Receipt/.Migration/Transfer Certificate if 

any/Provisional/NOC if any/ Affidavit /Undertaking), by hand in the concerned P.G Section of the DDE Jammu University. 

The candidates must submit the hardcopy of application along with said documents within 05 days from the submission of Online form, i.e, till December 20, 2022.
