JNTUH Semester Exams Scheduled up to January 30 Postponed; Check Details Here


New Delhi: JNTUH has postponed all the university end semester examinations including the theory, practical, regular and supplementary ones, scheduled up to January 30, 2022. 

In the official notice addressed to the principals of all universities and affiliated colleges, JNTUH cited the State Government’s decision to extend holidays to all the state educational institutes till January 30.

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education has instructed all Telangana state universities Vice-Chancellors for postponement of examinations scheduled between January 17 and 30, 2022”, as stated in the official circular

Along with the semester end exams, the decision of postponement is also applicable for the mid-term exams. 

The JNTUH notice also has warned the affiliated colleges and universities not to conduct any examination during the holidays declared by the State Government of Telangana without seeking prior permission from the university. Otherwise, the examinations will be considered invalid by the university. 

Earlier, owing to the massive surge in COVID Omicron cases, JNTUH had also postponed the B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Tech, M.Pharm courses mid-term examinations which were scheduled to be conducted from January 10, 2022. 

The university also announced that it will continue with the same question paper pattern that it followed during the pandemic. As per this, there will be no compulsory questions and students will have to answer any five out of eight questions within the duration of three hours provided.
