Kashmir University Postpones UG, LLM Exams due to Heavy Snowfall; Check Details Here


The University of Kashmir has decided to postpone UG and LLM 2nd Semester examination due to heavy snowfall. The examination was earlier scheduled to be conducted on January 8, 2021.

Kashmir University has also cancelled the UG 2nd year and 3rd-year exams which were to be conducted on January 8 and 9, 2021 respectively. This was later confirmed by, the KU Controller of Examinations, Professor Irshad Nawchoo. The official release mentions new dates for all the deferred exams will be notified soon.

Kashmir University Exam Dates Revised

However, Kashmir University has already released new dates for the LLM 2nd semester exam but dates for the cancelled UG exams are not yet announced. 

The Dean, School of Law, Professor M. Ayoub has announced that the LLM exams will be held on January 14, 2021, with no changes in the timing and venue.

The University of Kashmir which was set up in 1948 has recently secured 53rd rank in NIRF and also holds NAAC A+ grade. It is located in the Dal Lake region of Srinagar and is one of the largest universities in Kashmir.
