Kashmir University to Allow New Registration for Students who Missed Last B.Ed Exam; Check Details Here


The Examination Department of Kashmir University (KU), has opened a registration link for students who missed the last B.Ed examination. Candidates can check the official website of KU for the registration link. The last date for the completion of registration is December 25, 2020. 

Professor MY Bhat, Controller of Examination at Kashmir University said that the decision of allowing candidates to appear for the next B.Ed examination was taken considering the prevailing situation in mind. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, most of the students could not appear in the last B.Ed exams.

Bhat stated, “Some students could not appear in the previous exam due to health issues while some had clashes with other national level exams and they were informed to appear in the other exams as the university will give them a chance to appear in next of B.Ed students,”

Bhat also mentioned that students of other states who have enrolled in KU affiliated colleges were unable to appear for the exams due to the travel restrictions imposed during the pandemic. Thus, such students can now appear for the exam. 

Speaking of the mode of the exams, Bhat said that Kashmir University has planned to conduct the examination in online mode. However, the final decision about this would be taken once the KU B.Ed registration process is over. 

Once the registrations are done, the authorities and KU will note the number of students registered for the examination and take the decision upon the mode of examination accordingly.
