Kashmir University to begin KUET registration for PG Admissions from May 23

New Delhi: The University of Kashmir (KU) will start the online registration for the Kashmir University Entrance Test (KUET) for admission to postgraduate programmes from May 23, 2022.

All the eligible candidates can apply for KUET 2022, by visiting the official KU website – kashmiruniversity.net or @kashmiruniversity.ac.in. The deadline to submit the online application for KUET 2022 is June 1, 2022.

Kashmir University Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admissions into the Kashmir University Courses are required to meet the requisite eligibility criteria which are mentioned below. 

• Candidates must have passed their qualifying examination under Choice Based Credit System Scheme only in such subjects where they have obtained at least 24 credits as Core or Generic Elective (honours) at Under-Graduation Level in the concerned/allied subject/discipline.
• However, for the courses/programmes where there is open eligibility like LL.B, MA Mass Communication & Journalism, MA Library & Information Science, MA Linguistics, MA Anthropology, MA Social Work etc., the candidates must have passed their qualifying examination in any discipline are eligible/can apply for admission to aforementioned courses.
• Candidates having passed the qualifying examination (bachelors) with the required percentage and subject combinations reflected in the eligibility page available on the official KU website are eligible to apply for appearing in KUET.

Step 1: Visit kashmiruniversity.net or kashmiruniversity.ac.in and click on link ‘Admissions’

Step 2: Register by clicking on the link “Register as Student”

Step 3: Login with the username and password to fill the application form

Step 4: Fill in the required details and upload photograph

Step 5: Select the desired preferences in college or campus

Step 6: Submit the application fee and save the application form for future reference.
