LUVAS M.V.Sc & PhD Admission 2023 Open; Last Date to Apply is March 15, 2023

New Delhi: Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (LUVAS), has released the application form for its M.V.Sc & PhD programme for the academic session 2023-24. All the interested candidates can submit the online application form on the official portal, @https://www.luvas.edu.in/.
LUVAS offers a full-time Master of Veterinary Science course (M.V.Sc) and PhD under 16 specialisations. Candidates who intend to enrol for admission to the M.V.Sc & PhD programmes can submit their applications form till March 15, 2023.
LUVAS M.V.Sc Admission 2023 is done on the basis of scores in the entrance test followed by counselling, whereas PhD Admission will be done based on the merit.

LUVAS M.V.Sc & PhD Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

To enrol for LUVAS M.V.Sc & PhD courses, candidates must fill the requisite eligibility criteria. M.V.Sc Course:

• Candidates must hold a B.V.Sc.or A.H degree with 60% marks or 6 OGPA to appear in the entrance examination.
• Candidates must have completed an internship during the course of their undergraduate degree.
• The minimum qualifying marks in the Entrance Test for the candidates is 50% (47.5% for the SC candidates).
• Kashmiri migrants will be provided 10% relaxation in the minimum cut off marks.

PhD Course:

• Candidates must hold a B.V.Sc & AH degree from a recognized college by Veterinary Council of India with at least 65% aggregate marks in their M.V.Sc. course.
• Candidates should have a Master's degree and the results of that must be declared before the date of counselling. 
• Candidates must provide a certificate of their Postgraduate studies if the Master's degree transcript is not issued. 
• Candidates without B.V.Sc./A.H/M.V.Sc. degrees are not eligible to apply.

LUVAS M.V.Sc Selection Criteria:

• Candidate's selection to M.V.Sc. programme will be based on the entrance test (ET) conducted by the University. 
• The seats will be offered on the basis of merit, weightage and seat availability.
• Candidates must need to appear in the counselling.

LUVAS PhD Selection Criteria:

• Candidate's selection to Ph.D. programs will be based on merit.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of LUVAS @https://www.luvas.edu.in/.

Step 2: On the homepage, search for tje registration form and register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, use the login credentials to login and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Finally, Pay the application fee and submit the Application form.

Step 5: Take a print out of the application form for all future needs.
