MAH B.Ed CET and B.Ed ELCT Result Releasing Soon; Check Latest Updates


State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, is going to release MAH B.Ed CET and B.Ed ELCT 2020 Results soon, at the official website of CET @cell.mahacet.org. 

Candidates who have taken up the MAH B.Ed CET 2020 Exam from October 21 to 23, 2020, can visit the official site of CET and check their results via entering their login credentials. 

State CET Cell will release the scorecard of those candidates who have qualified for the entrance test. 

Post the release of the scorecard, CET Cell will release the provisional merit lists which consisted of the total score and percentage obtained by the candidates. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for the MAH B.Ed CET Counselling that is scheduled to commence tentatively from the 3rd week of November 2020.

The CET Cell authorities will not release the MAH B.Ed CET 2020 scorecard via post or mail, the candidates are required to download it online.

Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to download the MAH B.Ed CET 2020 results. 

  • Open the browser and go to the official website of MAH B.Ed@bed.mhpravesh.in
  • Navigate to the News and Orders section and click on the result link
  • Key in your login details like registration number and password and hit the submit button 
  • MAH B.Ed CET 2020 Results PDF will be displayed 
  • Download the results pdf and take a hard copy of it for future records 

MAH B.Ed CET 2020: Results Compilation 

MAH B.Ed CET 2020 Results are compiled in two ways. The Raw Scores are calculated first, While the percentile scores are calculated second as the exam is held on multiple days. 

The scores obtained by the candidates in MAH B.Ed CET 2020 are calculated as follows, 

  • The number of correct questions attempted by the candidates in each test 
  • Therefore, these corrected scores are made as an equated score, if there's any difficulty level or if the tests have been held in different sessions

MAH B.Ed CET 2020: Merit Lists

CET Cell will release two types of merit list after the release of the scorecard in its official website. The provisional merit list is the first list while the final merit list is the second one. 

If any candidate has any objection, they can challenge it against the first provisional merit lists. However, the final merit list will be released later.

MAH B.Ed CET 2020: Cut-off 

CET Cell authorities will release the cut-off marks for MAH B.Ed CET 2020. The candidates have to at least secure a minimum mark in the cut-off list to be qualified. The cut-off marks are based on the Total number of examinees, the examinees who have taken up the exam, the cut-off marks from the previous year, the number of seats available and the exam difficulty level. 

MAH B.Ed CET 2020 Result: What to do? 

Post the declaration of the MAH B.Ed CET 2020 results, the candidates who are shortlisted are required to appear for counselling process. 

The counselling process is conducted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) which consists of filling details in the registration form and the choice filling of the options form. The process is further followed by the document verification process and checking of seat allotment results and downloading it. 

After all these processes, the candidates must report at their preferred college for further admission process.
