MAKAUT Offers 3-Month Certificate Course in Animation, Graphics, and Multimedia; Check Details

New Delhi: Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), is all set to offer a 3-month Certificate Course in Animation, Graphics and Multimedia.

MAKAUT has scheduled to begin the 3-month certificate course from May 16, 2022, at the Salt Lake City Campus of the University.

The certificate course is offered by the Department of Media Science in association with the Technology Cell of MAKAUT. Candidates seeking admission to the certificate course can register at the earliest as the classes will commence from May 16.

MAKAUT Certificate Course 2022: Details

Candidates seeking admissions into the certificate course must have passed higher secondary or equivalent to participate in the same. The course fee is ₹10000 and the university has decided to intake a total of 20 students for the 3-month course.

The course in Animation, Graphics and Multimedia will primarily focus on 2D, 3D animations, Digital graphics and animation. The course curriculum has been designed in such a way that it consists of 2 months of rigorous theoretical and practical classes with a project for a duration of one month.

About MAKAUT

Being a state university, MAKAUT was formerly known as the West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT). The university offers a gamut of more than 100 courses under UG, PG, and Doctoral degrees.

Apart from that, PG Diploma and 6 months certificate courses are also imparted to the interested candidates in the areas of Engineering, Science, Architecture, Pharmacy, and Management. The university conducts its own examinations for admission, i.e., CET, PGET, and JEMAT / WBUT PGET.
