New Delhi: Management Development Institute (MDI), Murshidabad is conducting its placement drive for students of 2021-23 batch. This placement session has recorded the highest package of up to INR 20 LPA and an average salary package of up to INR 12.67 LPA.
MDI Murshidabad placed 147 out of 158 registered students during the placement drive. The placement season saw participation from 56 recruiters and most offers were made in the domains of Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Supply Chain & Operations.
Informing about the MDI Murshidabad Placement 2023, Prof. (Dr.) Atmanand, Director MDI Murshidabad, said, “The Final Placements of our PGDM batch 2021-23 witnessed a significant rise in new recruiters and the number of brands”.

The highest number of offers were made in the area of Marketing Domain; Management Trainee- Sales, Retail Assets, Personal Banker Sales-RBB and Finance Domain; Audit, Fraud & Investigation, Account Management, Associate Treasury and Associate CFO Office Services.
In addition to this, students received offers in Human Resources Domain, Supply Chain Domain, and Analytics Domain for the roles of Area HR, Management Associate HR, Learning & Development, HRBP, Operations Management, Analyst and Senior Analyst among others.
