Mumbai University Admission 2021: Second Merit List (Released); Check Live Updates

Mumbai University has officially released the MU Second Merit List for the undergraduate admissions for various courses today. All the registered candidates can visit the university website @mu.ac.in and check the MU Second Merit list 2021. 

According to the exam schedule released by Mumbai University, the MU second merit list for undergraduate admissions 2021-22 will be available after 7 PM. Post that, the students can go for online verification and pay the online fees from August 26 to 30, 2021 till 3 PM. 

It should be noted that only the students who satisfy the merit requirement will be eligible to appear for the online document verification and fee submission process. Only after the completion of the admission process, admission seats in various Mumbai University affiliated colleges will be allotted to students. 

The shortlisted candidates are requested to complete their online document verification and fee submission process against MU Admission 2021 second merit list release from August 26 to August 30, 2021, till 3:00 PM, on the official website of the MU affiliated colleges. 

Earlier on August 18, Mumbai University released the first merit list, where the cut-off touched as high as 98 per cent in many colleges. St Xavier’s College listed 98 per cent for HSC Arts while at Hinduja college the BMS cut-off for commerce, science and arts was at 93 per cent, 85.50 per cent and 83.67 per cent, respectively.

Mumbai University Admission 2021: How to Check Merit List? 

Step 1: Visit the official website of MU on mu.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, Click on Mumbai University Admission 2021 link available. 

Step 3: Enter the login credentials and click on submit.

Step 4: Mumbai University second merit list will be displayed on the screen.

Students who couldn’t get through the cut-off in the MU First Merit List can check the second list for undergraduate admissions to Mumbai University. As a substantial number of students scored above 90 per cent in this year’s board results, the cut-off is likely to remain high in the second cut-off as well.

Students who had submitted the admission forms along with pre-admission enrolment forms by August 14 are all eligible to go ahead in the Mumbai University admission process.
