New Delhi: Mumbai University (MU) has begun the application process for its various postgraduate level degree courses for the academic year 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal at mu.ac.in.

As per Mumbai University, the admission is open for post-graduate courses in various specialisations of MA, M.Com, M.Sc, MMS, MMM, MIM, MHRDM, MFSM, M.LI.Sc, M.Ed, MSW, M.P.Ed, LL.M, MFA, and MPA courses. 

Interested candidates who wish to apply for MU PG Admission 2022 can submit their applications till the deadline issued by the university. Admission to the PG courses will be done based on their graduation marks & interview conducted by the concerned department.

Mumbai University PG Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission into the MU PG Courses 2022 are required to meet the requisite eligibility criteria mentioned below. 

• M.Sc Program: B.Sc in the relevant discipline with 50% marks or above from a recognized university or institute. 
• MA Program: BA, B.Com, B.Sc or any equivalent degree from a recognized university or institute. 
• MCom Program: B.Com with 50% (45% for SC/ST) from a recognized university. 
• Master in Theatre Arts Program: Degree in Dramatics and Theatre Arts in 2nd division and experience of participating.

Mumbai University PG Admission 2022: Selection Process

After the application submission process, applicants will be shortlisted for various courses based on the below-mentioned selection criteria: 

• Candidates' admission to the M.Tech courses will be purely based on the marks obtained in GATE.
• Selection to the MA program will be based on the written test conducted by the respective department of the University. 
• Selection to MSc courses and other PG courses will be based on merit in the last qualifying examination. 

Mumbai University PG Admission 2022: How to Apply Online?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of Mumbai University @mu.ac.in. 

Step 2: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id, etc.

Step 3: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee of INR 1000/- and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.
