Although many affiliated colleges are not yet accredited by NAAC, they have submitted their requests of increasing the courses alongside applying NAAC applications.

In cases like this, NAAC grades become essential as some rules dictate that new courses can't be started till the institute/college is NAAC verified.

However, the sending of proposals to the varsity is only one step. The latest reports also reveal that these colleges will also have to wait for a final approval from the state government because the pandemic covid-19 situation is slowly phasing out, providing the university a hope of increased admissions of the students.

Considering these things, MU Colleges are also keen on increasing the number of seats in certain courses. With no clarity on all these things, it can be expected that the university and its affiliated colleges might witness significant changes in the upcoming future.
