NLIU Bhopal offers PhD programme in full time and part-time mode in three specialisations that include PhD Inter-disciplinary, PhD Law, and Cyber Law and Information Security. Candidates seeking admission to the programme can submit their applications till May 20, 2022.

NLIU Bhopal PhD Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

PhD in Law	LLM degree with 55% or equivalent and 50% for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/ PwD candidates.
PhD (Inter-Disciplinary)	Master's degree in the relevant discipline with 55%and 50% for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/ PwD candidates and LLB degree or it's equivalent viz. BL /B.A LLB /B.Com LLB /B.Sc LLB. The research proposal shall have a definite bearing on Law or Public Policy.
PhD in Cyber Law and Information Security	LL.M /MCLIS/M.S /M.Sc (IT or Cyber Security/Cyber Forensic)/M.Tech (CSE/IT/Cyber Security/Cyber Forensic) or equivalent for PhD in Cyber Law and Information Security with 55% or equivalent and 50% for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/ PwD candidates; as the case may be.
PhD (Part-Time)	Candidates, in addition to the above, need to have ten years of work experience in academic/industry/administration.

NLIU Bhopal PhD Admission 2022: Selection Process

Candidates for the PhD programme will be admitted by an All India Entrance Test, which will be followed by a personal interview round.
Candidates who do not have a NET/SLET/JRF are eligible for admission to the PhD programme but must appear in the All India Entrance Test and Personal Interview conducted by NLIU Bhopal.
Candidates who have qualified for the UGC NET/JRF/SLET do not need to appear in the All India Written Test but must attend an interview before the Interview Board on the declared day and time.
