New Delhi: NMIMS School of Business Management (SBM) has invited applications into the MBA program in Real Estate. The two-year program will have a total of 60 seats.

NMIMS MBA in Real Estate: Course Details
With an aim to create future-ready talent in the real estate sector, the MBA in real estate curriculum has been designed with a view to develop student's all-around perspective of the sector, to understand the challenges in the industry that will come their way during their corporate career, and ways to overcome these.
The experts from the real estate sector will have an interactive session with students, familiarizing them with various segments such as finance, marketing, operations, strategy, technology management, etc
Further, case studies from the HBS Case Library for management subjects and live cases will be a topic of discussion that will give students an insight on the challenges and issues that organisations face and how they resolve them.
Alaknanda Menon, MBA programme chairperson, said that the institute's faculty has been stressing on taking a complete overview of the sector while teaching the MBA programme, which assists the students develop a holistic approach. Also, the one-on-one sessions with industry giants will enhance their knowledge about the sector.

NMIMS MBA in Real Estate: Eligibility Criteria
The MBA course will be taught at NMIMS’s campus in Mumbai. Candidates interested in pursuing an MBA degree in real estate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
Alternatively, candidates with a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with two years of work experience in the real estate sector will be highly preferred.
Candidates who have completed their under-graduation from overseas board / universities will have to mandatorily submit an AIU equivalence certificate to confirm the eligibility for the program.

NMIMS MBA in Real Estate: Selection Process
The institute will conduct a written test and a personal interview (total 100 marks), after which, a merit list will be prepared based on the performance of the candidates in the written test and personal interview.
Candidates who have successfully registered will be intimated through call letters to appear for the written test and personal interview on the NMIMS website www.nmims.edu.
