NSOU PhD Admission 2022-23 Open; Last Date to Apply is February 08

New Delhi: Netaji Subhas Open University (NSOU), Kolkata is inviting applications for admission to its PhD program offered in various disciplines for the academic session 2022-23. Interested candidates can apply online by submitting their application till February 08, 2023. 

As per NSOU Kolkata, candidates who wish to apply for admission to its PhD program need to have a master’s degree in the required discipline from a recognized university. To be eligible for admission, candidates must have at least 55% marks in the qualifying examination.

Under NSOU PhD Admission 2023, candidates can apply for PhD programs in various disciplines: Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Botany, Bengali, English Language Teaching (ELT), History, Sociology, Education, Commerce/Management and Library & Information Science.

NSOU PhD Admission 2023: How to Apply Online?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of Netaji Subhas Open University (NSOU), Kolkata at phd.wbnsouadmissions.com.

Step 2: Click on the latest NSOU PhD Admission 2023 link available on the homepage. 

Step 3: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id, etc.

Step 4: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all required details in the Application form.

Step 5: Pay the application fee and submit the NSOU PhD Admission 2023 Application form. 

Step 6: Applicants must also take a printout of the application form for all future needs.

The official notice reads, “scanned copy of all relevant testimonials along with a duly filled out application form, a Statement of Purpose and/or a Research Proposal (within 3000 words) must be forwarded only through email (phd@wbnsou.ac.in) within 10.02.2023 (04.00 PM)”.

“After completion online application submission process, all notification related NSOURET: Written Entrance Test and NSOU-RET: Interview/Viva- Voce will be published in the official website (www.wbnsou.ac.in) and in admission website (phd.wbnsouadmissions.com)”, it reads.
