Odisha Plus III Admission 2020 Dates Extended, Details here

On Tuesday, October 12, 2020, the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Odisha has again declared the extension of the admission dates for Plus III first-year courses in various degree colleges across the state and has released a New Admission Schedule.

Odisha Higher Education Department posted a notification confirming the extension of the admission dates. 

Odisha +3 Admission 2020: Important Date

Recently, the department released the merit list of first-round selection of the candidates on September 28, 2020. These selected candidates will be able to apply for admissions from September 29, 2020, until October 16, 2020.

The final admission data of the selected students, who took up the admission in the first round will be updated on the e-space on October 17, 2020, respectively. The second-round selection will now be published on October 22, 2020. Students are required to pay their deposit of admission fee online from October 22 to October 29, 2020. 

The candidates who got selected in the second round will apply for the admission between October 27 and November 3, 2020. The final admission data of the students selected in the second round will be updated on November 3, 2020. 

Odisha +3 Admission 2020: Documents Required

Below listed documents are required during the +3 admission process:

• Mark statement of class 10th
• Mark statement of class 12th
• Transfer Certificate issued by the school
• Aadhar Card
• Passport Size Photos 
• Community Certificate (if any) 
• Physical Disability Certificate (if any) 
• Character Certificate 
• Additional certificates like NCC, NSS (if any)

Odisha +3 Admission 2020: How to Apply Online

1. Visit the official website of the Students Academic Management System (SAMS) Odisha. 
2. On the registration link for +3 Degree, enter email id and mobile number. 
3. Click to submit, an OTP will be generated.
4. After registering successfully, log in with your credentials. 
5. Fill the details and upload the photos and tap on the submit button. 
6. Pay the application fee via net banking/credit/debit card. 
7. Download it and take a print out for future reference.

A total of almost 2.13 lakhs students had taken up the admission for Plus III first-year courses in the degree colleges across Odisha this year. Nearly 1, 58,540 students were selected in the first-phase admission.
