Punjab and Haryana High Court Stays Panjab University Exams until 20 August

The Punjab and Haryana High Court extended the stay on the Panjab University final examinations by one more week. The directive came after the counsel for the university said to the Bench that he would get instructions about whether Panjab University (PU) was giving the examinations online or not.

The counsels for both the parties submitted that the issue regarding the UGC guidelines to hold examinations was pending before the Supreme Court.
