Rabindranath Tagore University to offer Skill-based Vocational Courses; Details Here

Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU) is all set to offer skill-based vocational courses across the undergraduate, postgraduate, research and doctoral, PG Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Diploma as well as Certificate programmes. 

The launch of various flagship courses was announced by the RNTU through a social media post, where the university also invited applications for the newly established programmes.

The University has designed these industry-focused, skill-based programmes in vocational streams with a main focus on the industry-oriented, work-integrated, NEP (New Education Policy) aligned modules across primary sectors like automobile, tourism, IT/ITeS, and hospitality, healthcare, financial services, electronics, banking, and insurance.

The skill-based vocational courses will also be available in several upcoming sectors like agriculture, textile technology, telecommunication, life sciences, food processing, etc. 

The main objective of these programmes is to meet the requisite talent across industries through a flexible, reliable, holistic and well-groomed curriculum. Further, these courses will assist in upgrading the existing workplace with recognized degrees for vocational skills which they possess.
