New Delhi: SASTRA Deemed-to-be University has begun the application process for the B.Tech programme for the academic session 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @sastra.edu, by August 13, 2022. 

SASTRA University offers full-time B.Tech degrees in 21 engineering disciplines in IT, Core Engineering, Biosciences, and others. Candidates seeking admission to the programme can submit their applications till August 13, 2022.

SASTRA B.Tech Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admissions into the B.Tech course for the academic year 2022-23 will have to satisfy the requisite eligibility criteria which are mentioned below. 

• Candidates must have passed in class +2 exam with Mathematics & Physics as compulsory subjects of study with either Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Biology and recognized by any State Board / Central Board or any other accepted by SASTRA is equivalent to 10+2 examination, with a minimum +2 aggregate of 60% marks in a single sitting.
• Candidates without Mathematics are eligible to apply for B.Tech.- Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Bioengineering, M.Tech. (5 Yr Integrated)- Biotechnology, Medical Nanotechnology
• Candidates with a diploma in Engineering /Technology are eligible for direct admission to the second year of the relevant B.Tech. Programme.

• Candidates are selected to the B.Tech course either according to their JEE Mains marks and class 12 score or only on the basis of their class 12 scores.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal SASTRA University @www.sastra.edu

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee of INR 650 and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
