SET 2021: Important Instructions for Exam Day; Check What All is Required

SET 2021: Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) is expected to commence in the first week of May 2021 for registered candidates through computer-based test mode, in 80 cities across the state. 

Applicants who are registered to appear for the SET 2021 are requested to carry their admit card along with identity proof for the identity verification process at their allotted exam centers.

Additionally, applicants are requested to cross-check their exam checklist and follow the exam guidelines along with COVID-19 safety measures released by the exam authority.

SET 2021: Important Points to Remember for Exam Day

Registered candidates who will be appearing for the SET 2021 in the first week of May 2021 are requested to cross-check the below items which will be required during the commencement of the examination. 

• Carry your SET 2021 Admit Card

Admit card is one of the most important documents that will be required to enter the exam grounds. Candidates will have to show the SET admit card for the identity verification process at their allotted exam centers. 

Applicants are requested to download the admit card once the download link is available at the exam authority's official website. Once after the release of the download link for the SET 2021 Admit Card, Applicants can download and take a printout of the admit card for exam purposes. 

SET 2021 Admit Card will include candidate’s personal information, and exam details such as exam dates, timings, allotted exam center details, registration number, along with exam guidelines that students are requested to follow.

Candidates must note that without identity verification at their allotted exam centers, applicants will not be permitted to appear for the examination. 

• Reach Atleast 2 Hours Prior to Exam Timings

The exam timings for candidates will be 9:15 am for the morning session, and 2:15 pm for candidates who are appearing for afternoon sessions. 

Applicants must note that entry will not be permitted after 9:15 am for candidates who were to appear for the exam in the morning session. Additionally, the entry will be permitted after 2:15 for evening shift students. 

Therefore, applicants are strictly advised to appear at their allotted exam centers two hours before the commencement of the SET 2021 Examination.

• Carry Required Documents For Identity Verification

As for the Identity Verification Process at their allotted exam center, candidates will have to show their identity proof such as Aadhar card, Driver’s licenses, or any other government-approved identity card as proof. 

Applicants will also have to show their admit cards for the same at their allotted exam centers, failing to do so can result in the cancellation of the candidates’ exam. 

Applicants whose details are not mentioned in the correct order in their admit card are requested to contact the concerned exam authority for rectification.
