New Delhi: Sharda University has begun the application process for PhD for the academic session 2023-24. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @https://www.sharda.ac.in/. 

Sharda University offers full-time and part-time PhD programmes at Doctoral level. Candidates seeking admission to the PhD programme can submit their applications till January 20, 2023. 

Admissions to Ph.D. programs will be made strictly as per the merit and availability of seats through Entrance Test followed by Interview, which will be held between February 16 and 17, 2023.

The Ph.D. Ordinance of Sharda University, available on its website, governs the Ph.D. Program. Full-time eligible students may get Fellowship as per Sharda University rules.

Sharda University PhD Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the Phd courses will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria. 

• Candidates who score 55% aggregate marks in the PG degree from a recognised university or institute will be eligible. 
• Candidates with a B.Tech/BS degree with min. 75% marks or CGPA of 8.25 may be directly enrolled in Ph.D., provided that they are working with an institution/organization of National repute engaged in research work with 5 years of research experience.

Sharda University PhD Admission 2023: Selection Process

• Candidate's selection to the PhD programme will be based on UGC/CSIR (JRF), NET/GATE, conducted at All India level. 
• Admissions are also offered through the entrance exam conducted by the university, i.e., SUAT.
• The final admission is offered on the basis of candidates’ performance in the interview conducted by the respective department.

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
