SHUATS releases UG Merit List; Merit-Based Counseling Window Also Opens

Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS) has released the first UG merit list online and students who have successfully applied for and uploaded their Class 12 marks on time can now check whether or not they have made a course merit list.

SHAUTS Admission is on the basis of merit. SHAUTS Entrance Exam was cancelled due to the impact of COVID-19 in India. In order to maintain social distance and ensure the safety of students, the Varsity decided to grant admission on the basis of merit.

Students who make a merit list can also complete an online counselling session. In order to check the SHAUTS UG Merit List, the candidate will have to enter their application number and see that they are eligible for admission to the course they applied for.

The online counselling session is underway. The time and date of the start of the counselling session will be indicated on the merit list as soon as you enter the application form and if you make a merit list.

How to Complete Online Merit Counselling

Applicants can follow the steps below on how to complete the SHAUTS online merit counselling process:

Step 1: The candidate will first have to visit the official SHAUTS website.

Step 2: On the home page itself, under the Admissions tab, the candidate will have to click the 'UG Merit List' button.

Step 3: Enter the application number to see whether or not you have made a merit list. If you have, you can complete on-line merit-based counselling.

Step 4: The candidate will then have to click on the 'Merit-Based counselling' button.

Step 5: The candidate will have to enter their application form number and query code by clicking on the link.

Step 6: The candidate will then have to upload their documents and pay the fee online.

Step 7: Once the transaction has been completed, the candidate has secured admission to the course applied for.
