SRCC Placements 2023: Highest Package Achieved INR 35 LPA; 40% Rise in Average Package

New Delhi: Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi, reported the highest offer made during the first wave of campus placements for 2022-23 at INR 35 LPA. The university has received nearly 220 offer letters so far.

This year, SRCC saw a 39.9% rise in the average salary for SRCC campus placements, which increased the total from INR 9.43 lakh in the previous year's recruiting to INR 13.3 lakh. Notwithstanding this, the annual package corresponding to the average 50 percent of the population is 14 lakh rupees.

Participating consulting firms included Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Accenture, HCL Technologies, Barclays, American Express, McKinsey & Company, BDG, Bain & Co., Meesho, and Paytm.

SRCC Placements 2023: Overview

The average remuneration for internship students earned was INR 80,000 monthly, while the maximum stipend was INR 22,00,000 monthly. The apprenticeships at the SRCC recruitment 2023 had a gross value of INR 10.5 lakh.

Compared to the 2021-22 placement session, in which the highest monthly stipend was INR 1.5 lakh, and the average monthly stipend was INR 43,000, the college has seen a rise.

The SRCC institute offers skill-based training to students via over 60 planned lecture events, seven mentoring programs, and over 185 informal group meetings. The 2021-22 session recruitment highlights were the highest package of INR 30.6 LPA, the average package of INR 7.8 LPA, and the receipt of over 560 job offers.
