TISS Mumbai MA HRM & LR Summer Placement 2022 Concluded Highest Stipend Stood at INR 4 Lakh


New Delhi: Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai has successfully conducted the placement drive for its flagship MA in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations (HRM & LR) batch of the 2022-24 session in the month of September 2022.

As per TISS Mumbai, the placement drive was conducted for graduating students with a 100% placement rate. The summer placement session was held for a total of 77 participating students of the MA (HRM & LR) batch, out of which 33 were women candidates. 

Following the TISS Mumbai Placement 2022 data, the average stipend offered to students stood at INR 2,62,000 for two months and the median stipend was recorded at INR 3,00,000. Out of the total offers, 77 job offers were made in the HR domain by 33 recruiters. 

The institute further informed that the placement recorded the highest ever numbers in the history of the program. The highest package offered to students stood at INR 4 Lakhs for 2 months for the summer placement session of 2022-23.

While comparing the data to the previous year's placement, the highest stipend witnessed an increase of 21.20%. The average stipend of the top 10% and the top 25% of students stood at INR. 3.45 Lakhs and INR 3.2 Lakhs respectively. 

Out of the total 77 participating students, 95% of students received a stipend of INR 2 Lakhs and above. The highest number of participants were recruited in job positions in Conglomerates, followed by FMCG, Consulting, and Pharma domains. 

The placement offers were made by top recruiters who visited the campus ground such as Accenture Strategy, Asian Paints, Aditya Birla Group, Citi, HUL, ITC, Mahindra and Mahindra, Marico, Nestle, Piramal Group, P&G and TAS among others.
