TMBU M.Sc Biotech Admission 2022 Open; Last Date to Apply is July 12

New Delhi: Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU) Bhagalpur has begun the application process for MSc in Biotechnology for the academic year 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @tmbuniv.ac.in, by July 12, 2022. 

TMBU, Bhagalpur offers a gamut of undergraduate and postgraduate level degree courses in various specialisations. Candidates seeking admission to the MSc in Biotechnology programme can submit their applications till July 12, 2022. 

Candidates intending to pursue a 4-semester M.Sc in Biotechnology course from TMBU are required to sit for an entrance test (BTET) in order to get selected for final admission.

TMBU M.Sc Biotech Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admissions into the M.Sc in Biotechnology courses will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria. 

• Candidates must have passed a graduate degree in a science/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology specialization or must hold an equivalent degree of one of the subjects of biological science from a recognized University.

TMBU M.Sc Biotech Admission 2022: Selection Process

• Candidate's selection to the MSc Biotechnology programme will be done based on their performance in the All India Entrance Test (BTET) conducted by the department. 
• Admission under the reservation category will be made as per the rules and regulations of the university. 

TMBU M.Sc Biotech Admission 2022: Entrance Exam 

• The BTET 2022 exam will be held for a duration of 2 hours. 
• A total of 100 multiple choice questions of 200 marks will be asked in the BTET exam. 

TMBU M.Sc Biotech Admission 2022: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of TMBU @tmbuniv.ac.in.

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee of INR 860 (in person) or INR 910 by post or bank draft in favor of TMBU, PG Biotech account payable at Bhagalpur, and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
