The TS EAMCET 2020 and ECET 2020 exams have been postponed by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). Due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situations, the exams have been delayed until further notice.

As per the announcement made by Telangana Education Minister, Sabita Indra Reddy on August 11, 2020, the TS EAMCET 2020 exam was scheduled for September 9, 10, 11, and 14 while the TS ECET 2020 exam for August 31, 2020.

The TSCHE has also extended the last date for TS EAMCET 2020 application with a late fee ₹ 1,000. Students can now fill the application form till August 31, 2020, along with the late fee. Students can visit the official website on eamcet.tsche.ac.in to fill the application form.
TS ECET 2020 application window had been closed in July.
Just like the TS EAMCET, TS ECET or the Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test is a state-level entrance exam. It is held for Diploma Holders of Engineering/ Technology/ Pharmacy and for B.Sc.(Mathematics) degree holders. TS ECET exam for the academic year 2020-21 is being conducted by JNT University Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
This exam is a pre-requisite for lateral entry into the second year regular B.E./B.Tech/B.Pharm programs in both University and Un-aided Private Professional Institutions.
The exam is to be conducted through ONLINE mode only for this year.
