TS ECET 2020: Preliminary Answer Key, Response Sheet Released @ecet.tsche.ac.in

Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) has released Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS ECET) 2020 answer keys and response sheet, officially.

Candidates who appeared in TS ECET 2020 on August 31, 2020, can check the answers, response sheet and download them from the official website (ecet.tsche.ac.in). It has recently published the results of TS ECET 2020 in the form of rank cards on the official website.

This year, JNTUH conducted TS ECET exams on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education. Conducted for Diploma or B.Sc.(Mathematics) students, TS ECET provides lateral entry into 2nd year B.E/ B. Tech or B.Pharmacy courses.

TS ECET 2020: Important Events and Dates

This year, TS ECET 2020 was conducted across 56 exam centres out of which 52 were in Telangana and the rest 4 centres were allocated in Andhra Pradesh. JNTUH conducted the TS ECET 2020 in two sessions, on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). 

As per the latest data, 28,040 candidates from Telangana and another 24,287 candidates registered from Andhra Pradesh downloaded the hall tickets from the official website. 

Earlier the TS ECET 2020 was held on August 31, 2020, in two shifts, that is morning (9 AM-12 PM) and afternoon (3 PM-6 PM). TS ECET Hall Ticket 2020 was made available on its official website ecet.tsche.ac.in. On releasing the answer keys, ECET Convenor announced that students can raise their objections online by 4 PM on September 6, 2020.

Students have to send an email from their registered email ID with their answer keys, question paper and announced answer key along with their online application form.

Answer keys will have all the right responses for each set of question paper provided to the candidates on the exam day. The authoritative body has published subject-wise answer keys which are available online in PDF format.

Students can easily download paper that matches their subject code for better analysis. In case of errors or objections against answers mentioned in the keys, students can submit suggestions and objections as well.

2. From the Application block on homepage, click on Master Question Papers With Preliminary Key link.
3. Click on the Test Booklet Code and Subject.
4. The answer key will appear in PDF format. 
5. Download it and match answers of it with attempted responses.

TS ECET Answer Key 2020: How to Challenge?

After cross-verifying personal responses with answer key, candidates can claim errors in the answer key to the authority. The error has to be reported online through a dedicated window furnished in the official portal of TS ECET.

As of now, TS ECET 2020 Answer Key has been released on the website after completion of exams. The board is yet to release the results.

TS ECET 2020: How to Calculate Scores Using Answer Keys?

TS ECEt 2020 question paper awards a total of 200 marks. For each correct answer, candidates secure 1 mark. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

Therefore to calculate an expected score, candidates should match their answers with the Answer Key and consider 1 mark for every right answer to roughly estimate their total score.
