UP B.Ed JEE 2020: Round 1 Seat Allotment Released, Counselling (Ongoing); Check Here


UP B.Ed JEE 2020 seat allotment results has been declared today, November 25 on the official website: lkouniv.ac.in. The counselling was started on Nov 19, 2020. 

Conducted by Lucknow University, revised schedule suggests counselling will be held in three rounds. The first phase of counselling was conducted for the candidates holding the rank between 1 to 50,000. 

After seat allotment results are declared, students have to report to allotted colleges for document verification and confirmation of admission. UP B.Ed JEE is conducted every year for admission to B.Ed programs in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

UP B.Ed JEE Exam 2020: Documents required for Verification

Candidates are required to take the below documents for the verification process:

  1. Provisional Seat Allotment cum Confirmation Letter
  2. Copy of Application Form
  3. UP B.Ed JEE Scorecard
  4. Original ID (Photo ID like Aadhaar Card, Driving License, etc)
  5. Copy of Fee Receipt
  6. UP B.Ed JEE Admit Card
  7. Class 10th, 12th, and UG Certificate/ Mark Sheet
  8. Two Passport Size Photographs

UP BED JEE Exam 2020: Counselling process

The Counselling process has 5 steps as below:

Step 1: Registration: Candidates have to register themselves at the official website with basic details and pay the counselling fee as required.

Step 2: Choice Filling: Here the candidates are required to choose their preferred colleges or institutes in the state. 

Step 3: Seat Allotment: The state body will be releasing the merit list who will undergo the counselling process. The seats will be allotted as per the choice of candidates submitted and the availability of seats in the respective college.

Step 4: Allotment Letter: If the candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat in the college they will have to pay the admission fees as per the college fee structure and reserve their seat.

Step 5: Reporting at college: The last step entails the candidate to report at the allotted college and verify the documents for admission.
