New Delhi: The Uttarakhand Open University (UOU) has begun the application process for undergraduate and postgraduate level degree courses for the academic session 2023-24. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @https://uou.ac.in/.
UOU offers distance learning education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Candidates seeking admission to the UG and PG programmes can submit their applications till March 31, 2023.
The UOU Admission 2023 to the UG and PG courses will be done on the basis of academic merit and entrance merit.

The UOU UG courses include B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, Bachelor of Yogic Science, Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management (BTTM) and Bachelor of Hotel Management (BTM).
Further, a number of PG courses including M.A in eleven subject specializations, M.Sc in three subject Specialization, MCA with lateral entry, Master of GeoInformatics (MGIS) with lateral entry, Master of Information Technology (MSCIT) with lateral entry, M.Com, MSW, LLM, M.A. Journalism & Mass Communication (MAJMC), MHM and MTTM.
UOU UG & PG Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates seeking admission to the UG and PG courses will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria.
UG Courses:
- The basic eligibility criteria for UG courses is to pass in class 12 examination in the relevant stream.
PG Courses:
- Candidates must have a graduate degree in relevant discipline.

UG Courses:
- Admissions to all the UG courses are direct based on merit and subject to availability of seats.
- Candidates are requested to register as soon as possible after admission notification to confirm their seats.
PG Courses:
- Selection of eligible candidates in PG courses is based on first come and first serve subject to verification of credential at University level.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of UOU @https://uou.ac.in/.
Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.
Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.
Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form.
Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
