Thapar University fees for B.Tech is INR 15.06 in total. The detailed fee structure per semester is as follows.

My sister recently graduated from Thapar University, so I can give you some information regarding the course fee for BTech there.

At the time of admission, you need to pay Rs 22,000, which includes the one-time admission fee, the security fee, and also the alumni fee.
The semester fee is Rs 1,75,000 which is payable at the beginning of every semester. This does not include hostel fees.
If you opt for hostel facilities you need to pay around 35,000 - 45,000. The hostel fee varies depending on whether you are taking single or shared accommodation. There are AC rooms available in the hostel.
