Which college is better for an Honors degree in English Loreto College Kolkata or Shri Shikshayatan College?

Among Loreto College or Shri Shikshayatan College in Kolkata, the former is said to be better. 

• The cutoffs here are high and they have very limited seats. 
• General category students only have 25 official seats. 
• Their English department is said to be the best in Kolkata. 
• They have an excellent faculty comprising talented members with years of educational experience.

Shri Shikshayatan is a bit liberal and gives students enough freedom to explore, on the other hand Loreto is completely opposite. It is very strict and disciplined. They keep their students in check most of the time.
