University of Leeds was the top of my list when applying for university. It came under 100 in top world universities. When I cleared all the required criterias, I thought no further.
Course Curriculum :
Very strenuous especially 2nd and 3rd year. No spoonfeeding and all assignments are self taught. Only the concept is taught by faculty and not how the project is done.
Exams :
Requirement for admission was 85% in CBSE 12th grade with individual scores for Maths and Physics above 85%. Also English score above 60%. I got an overall 94% with score of 90 and 94. Also, IELTS 6.5
Placement :
Pretty good in the UK. Median salary of £20000 per annum. Most of the career days are held on campus with companies like red bull, mercedes BMW. Visa sponsorship is hard to get though. More preferance for British nationals.
Events :
There are alot of societies and clubs for socializing. Covid has reduced the chances

Faculty :
Well versed faculty with international backgrounds. All faculty actively participates in research to lead
Hostel :
Accomodation facilities are great but high living costs. When self funding must depend on part-time.
