Course Curriculum :

Oxford University is itself a brand university. Doing BA in English was simply awesome there. The course curriculum enabled me to learn perfection in English literature and language. The faculty staff is too interactive. I gained a better understanding of topics such as the concept of Modernity, colonial space, modernist fictional form, literature and visual culture, metafiction and late twentieth century poetics.

Placement :

The university does not offer any type of placements in this course but it gives other benefits. This includes information session and workshops, training programs to identify and develop key employability skills, etc. And yes we all know the value of an Oxford degree.

Fees :

The total cost of this course is about £32000. The other charges such as student welfare fees, library charges, etc. are also included in it. Any student can avail for the scholarship facilities at the university such as Chevening scholarship which reduces the tution fees and gives other allowances also.

Campus Life :

Several events are organised by the different departments of the university and these include concerts, speeches, etc. These are simple awesome and provide a new experience every time. We also get opportunities to meet peopl having remarkable contribution in the field of literature and its always a pleasure meeting them.

Hostel :

Although the University gives on-campus accommodation for its graduate students, I chose to stay at a off-campus housing. I paid a rent of around £300 per month. It was the house of one of my friends who stayed there.
