- The Nursing degree program is designed to prepare students to provide nursing care in a variety of settings. Graduates will work within the scope of nursing practice and in accordance with the regulations of the College of Nurses of Ontario. As a nursing student, students will be caring for individual clients or groups, including family members and significant others.
- Students will make clinical decisions and exercise judgment in giving care to clients. Once students have graduated students will be eligible to write the CNATS to achieve the professional status of Registered Nurse in Canada.

- OSSD with 6 Grade 12 (U/M) courses including Grade 12 English (ENG4U) with a minimum of 65%, Chemistry (SCH4U) and Biology (SBI4U) with an overall average of 70% or better (with a minimum of 70% in both Chemistry and Biology) and Grade 12 Math (U) or (C) is required for admissions.
