Algonquin should keep the ASL program

K
7.3 /10

Algonquin is Close to home. And the only college around me that offered the American sign language program. I had gone to a different college before in Belleville and since moving home it was a course I had wanted to take.

Course Curriculum :

Had the course not been in a phase-out it would still be really good but it seems rushed in the curriculum. The American sign language course was one I wanted to take since I was a child do being able to take it now was amazing.

Fees :

The fees were per semester and the books were used for at least two semesters. However, the course is being condensed.

Examination Structure :

The exam is set up that the professor signs a word, number or sentence and the students write it down what she/he signs. Usually followed up by the students signing a video to follow about a story we have seen all semester

Faculty :

The faculty is very kind and understanding.
