This college was close to home so I could easily go to it. And everyone around my area goes here and I wanted to get my education. So naturally, since I'm near everything and home I don't need to pay for a very expensive dorm.
Course Curriculum :
It's pretty good. It can be much easier seeing how we barely need to know any of this stuff we have actually learned which is pretty disappointing but working hard can show who does truly belong or not.
Exams :
I had to take a science exam for biology, I had to take a math exam it's pretty basic since it's for grade 11's, and I also had to take 4 PSW exam about many different things.
Placement :
Good but long. You see we have about a full year of class and next it's literally 7 months of placement however we really get to learn just annoying it's on weekends to and shift work so working nights really is difficult.
Internship :
Yes, it does and it will pay 50$ for your textbooks or whatever if you do amazing on a project for birds because directors will, in fact, come in donuts pretty nice to have that opportunity presented to me.
Events :
Some events can include powwow grade 12 orientation day and family day and other events students can come and check it out for a chance to win internships. It's nice to expose the students and the parents to what it's like.
Fees :
Textbooks are about 300$ for just one and the class is about 8000$ and plus buying a uniform which will come to about 50$.
Scholarship :
No, I actually haven't. I have just been working for a few years saving up so I had enough with my parent's help.
Examination Structure :
Really hard you see it'd laid out into 3 parts and there are a few written answers too. And it's about human anonymity and some things we didn't even learn like one wound when it's the nurse's problem.
Faculty :
It's not the best I mean you can't even swear which literally makes no sense cause that goes against freedom of speech especially with how much I'm paying.
Hostel :
I actually work part-time at Tim hornto until I am able to get my PSW job after college. I'm not really at the college besides class so I kinda ignore everyone else when I'm given the chance because others annoy me.
