B.Tech. -

Candidates must possess a 10+2 qualification with a minimum of 75% marks in PCM.
JEE Main qualified candidates are also eligible for admission.
The minimum qualification for II years B.Tech (Lateral Entry) is a three-year Engineering Diploma in any branch of engineering (except Agriculture Engg., Pharmacy, and Architecture).

B.Voc. - The minimum qualification is Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

AKGEC Ghaziabad B.Tech. & B.Voc. Selection Criteria

Admissions to B.Tech I & II years (Lateral entry) are done through the Combined State Entrance Exam (UPSEE) conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow.

Overall I would say that the college is good

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a good course and a lot of the scope is there for it. The faculties are good and cooperative. There is no doubt about the quality of education provided by the faculty all are helpful and knowledgeable too. There are sessional and pre-university tests and then the main exams of university Tests, difficulty level is average anyone can clear the exam if the student wants to study.

Great choice for the admission in Delhi NCR.

This is the era of computer science and Information technology. I didn't get computer science in counselling, and this was my 2nd choice. There are 70 students in my section. The teachers are highly qualified and experienced. We gave 3-time class tests before the semester exam.

Summary about my college

I choose it because the IT sector is in huge demand during the current scenario. And the faculty members were good and some are not. Faculty are chosen by passing the test and interview round. And the exam is held after every 2 months like St, then start and then Put, and after it final exam is UT.

Getting admission in AKGEC is worth it?

because I am fond of computers and that's why I opted for Computer Science. faculty: The student Ratio is around 5:70, the teaching method is we can say quite good and the qualification of teachers are mostly postgraduates.

I chose the Information Technology course due to the boom and good service opportunities, there are around 60 faculty including teachers, lab assistants, etc on 180 students. Most of the teachers are Ph.D. qualified others are IITians.
