Eligibility Criteria

Course Eligiblity :

Category 1 : BE or BTECH in Mechanical Engineering with minimum marks of 50% in final year.
Category 2 : A full time BE or BTECH in all Mechanical Engineering streams eg. Mechanical adn Automation, Mechanical and Electronics, Mechanical and Automobile etc. However, the word "Mechanical" should be first indicating that Mechanical Engineering is the core and the second subject is the elective.
Category 3 : Candidates who have degree in all Naval Architecture streams eg. Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, Naval Architecture and Ship building, etc. However, the word "Naval Architecture" should be first indicating that Naval Architecture is the core and the second subject is the elective.

The candidate must have secured minimum of 50% marks in English language at 10th or 12th or in Degree Exam.
Passport is Mandatory.
Age limit: Maximum 28 Years

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following given

Students must have B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Naval Architecture with an aggregate of 50% in the final year, and a minimum of 50% in English in X or XII or in the qualifying undergraduate degree exam.
Applicants must also appear and pass the Heat Engines written paper of MEO Class IV Part-A CoC Exam and Thermodynamics & Heat Transmission written paper of MEO Class II Part A CoC Exam to be considered for admissions.
It is mandatory for applicants to have a valid passport as well.
Candidates should be physically fit for sea service under the given standard norms, with eyesight up to (+ or -) 2.5 with no colour blindness. Minimum height should be 157 centimeters

My passion makes me join, faculty are very high in studies and there are comes from shipping field and they have lot's of experience in working and student ratio was like 1:1. everyone is well qualified with their degrees. there is only 1 time at end of the year and exams little bit tough.
