FGIET has some of the best academicians and scholars inducted in its faculty, besides having an excellent curriculum at par with the AICTE.
Multinational companies didnt come during the time of our placement. Many companies came that year, such as Thinktel, Erectus Lab, Saminfratech, Softpro, and Softogeen. They were also offering 10-15k per month at that time.
Placement and job opportunities are good for computer science and electronics engineering students because they can get a placement nearby, with a salary of 2.4 lacs. Other branches of students either opt for Gate or they also get the job if they know any programming language.
The college fees structure is 87000, and the hostel fees structure is 45000. These amounts are quite affordable for a middle-class family.
They are really good labs; all are working, and every workshop runs smoothly. The best part is that you can work on them. Sports include cricket, football, basketball, javelin throw, athletics, table tennis, and badminton. We also have teams.
I have not opted for a hostel, but the hostels are very good. Their infrastructure is also very good.
The college and faculty are very good. The placement is also very good. Many companies visit and select students, such as Wipro and TCS.

Dislike

The course is updated timely according to the University of AKTU, but some faculties are not that good. Some are very knowledgeable, but there are some who are dumb and dont deserve to be teachers.
Very poor indeed, no stipend whatsoever. The internship is almost null, and no efforts were made from the part of the college management.
The placement scenario is very bad; only 15-20% of students got placements. Only two companies, Wipro and TCS, visited the campus.
Basically, it is a semi-government college; thats why its fee structure is low compared to other institutes.
Campus life is very bad in this college due to its small size.
The hotel price was less compared to other institutes as they were only charging 35000 for one year. The food and accommodation were average, not so bad, not so good.
If you compare this college to any IIT or NIT, then I must say you are going to be disappointed.

A decent colege.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the third year and after covid few companies only organized on-campus recruitment. Companies like Innobit, Webkul, Fynd, TCS, etc. provided placements. The average package is 5 LPA.

Remarks:

The admission process was through the JEECUP exam. Go through the exams where 250 above marks are considered good cut-off marks and after the counseling process opts for the college and some final paperwork required and after fee payment, you will get admission.
