Deepshika Institute of Child Development and Mental Health, Ranchi is an institute in the field of developmental disabilities like, Mental retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, etc and is run by a group of house wives and volunteers of Purshree, the parent organization. Child development and upliftment of the lives of persons with disabilities (PWDs) has been the central area of work for the institution. It is working constantly on comprehensive rehabilitation of children and raise awareness at various platforms and communities to meet their needs. It is functioning to provide equality and dignity in lives of such people.

  • Rehabilitation Training Centre: the institute is the first centre in the state to train rehabilitation professionals. It has been running RCI courses since 1991.
