Raiba Mahila P.T.C. College, Mehsana was established by Shree Panchshil Education Trust. The Shree Panchshil Education Trust was started in early 1980s as a small school. It is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).  The aim of the college is to promote high academic achievement for all students at all levels and to train them to be able and eager to create and put into action such ideas, techniques, methods and information to create a better world.  The main objective of the college is to provide widely recognized leadership in the improvement of teaching, learning, and the assessment of educational outcomes across the life span through research, scholarship, and technology, to prepare educational professionals recognized for the quality and significance of their teaching, research, scholarship, service, outreach, and leadership and to enhance the effective and efficient management of the College.

The college has all necessary facilities like Library, Lecture Halls, Transport facility, laboratory, computer laboratory, sports facility, medical facility, Hostel, Indoor and Out Door sports with Gymnasium etc.
