• The applicant must have a bachelors degree in engineering or a masters degree in science with marks/CPI not below the specified minimum (which is 55% or a CPI of 5.5 on a scale of 10.0).
• Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes who have passed the basic qualifying degree (bachelor's degree in engineering or a master's degree in science), are eligible to apply irrespective of the marks/CPI and will be considered for admission.
