- Application fee and mode of payment will be intimated as you proceed through the application process.
- Following is the list of required documents to be submitted for verification:
- Attested Xerox copies of mark sheets of 10 and 10 + 2 examinations.
- SC / ST / OBC candidates must produce attested Xerox copy of SC / ST / OBC certificate issued from the office of the S.D.O.
- Original Migration certificate from the University / Board in case of migrating candidates.
- In the transfer case, the candidate must produce original Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended.
- Original School / College leaving certificate from the Head of the institution last attended.
- One recent passport size photograph.
- Attested Xerox copy of the admit card of 10th examination showing date of birth.
- The original admit card of 10th examination is to be produced for verification of the date of birth at the time of admission.
