Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
If I've to compare, the fees here it's comparatively low. But that would depend on what course are you applying for. For BSW, every semester we had to pay 25,000. Additionally, with the exam fees and everything, I spent a total of 2lacs for 3 years.
And the quality of education is in very good shape as of now. As I'm from the 2019 batch, I can't just give you my firm words that things won't change. Swagata Hazarika, one of the oldest profs here in NERIM, has been my guide throughout my college days, and one the best I can say. With her, there are other profs such as Mridual Kumar Barman(Field Coordinator), Alina Dutta Roy (current HOD), Barsha Kalita, and many more. In conclusion, the quality of education is not at all compromised here, students are given proper guidance in everything, including thesis supervision too.
Job assistance is a concern but it's best for a student to not depend much on the institution. There's a placement cell but I can't say much about its functionality.
