Ph.D. (Physics) From SINP, Kolkata

Aspirants seeking admission to 3 years Full-time Ph.D Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:

• M.Sc. degree in Physics. 
• Students appearing in the final examinations for their M.Sc. degrees during the current academic session may also apply. However, their admission will be made provisional till they successfully pass the M.Sc. (marksheet is to be submitted to the Institute) in compliance with the cut-off requirement for SINP screening procedure (to be announced later).

Entrance Exam:

• Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST)
• GATE in Physics
• CSIR/UGC NET for JRF in Physics
