The campus is big. It has a big library and a huge sports complex including all the facilities and sports. The university conducts multiple games and tournaments within the university. The classrooms are digital.
We have a great hostel facility which is unbeatable in comparison with top-notch colleges even IITs. The food quality is not up to which is a concern if it will be paid as per you eat it will improve the quality for sure. I suggest the university should think once about improving food quality.
This is a widely spread university which is great for aspirants for UPSC and sports freak as the university offer variety of places to work on. The only thing which needs to work on is improved networking within the university as there are many well-qualified gems which are needed to be highlighted.
The hostel contains double seater and single seater rooms the mess food is okay the hostel timing for girls are till 7 pm in summer and 6:30 pm in winter the rooms contain an attached balcony and there are around 5 washrooms on each floor.
The classrooms are pretty much big and spacious the books for different courses are available in the central library there are several sports on campus and different clubs available for students in the activity center.
The campus life is very fascinating. The campus is very big and there's a lot of greenery in the surrounding. The campus life is great and the hostel life is also great. There are a lot of other curricular activities like music, dance and drama club, outdoor and indoor games, gym, etc.
There is a single room provided for every student with Almirah, Bed, Table, Chair, and Internet facility. Mess Food quality is average and every day there are four different meals. The hostel is compulsory for every student and registration will be done during the admission process. Yes, It is affordable as compared to other universities' hostels. There is no option for renting a room because a hostel is mandatory.
Annual fest: Abhivyanjana in December and Tech fest: Techno fest in January. Yes, There are 5000+ books in the central library in GBU. Every Classroom is fully Air conditioner and has smart projectors and speakers. An annual sports program in October i.e. Shouryautsav which includes different games. There are many clubs run by the students like TCC (techno-cultural club).
Campus Life is good. Timing restrictions are there for girls but not boys. Mainly no fests are there on campus, and the availability of books is present in the library. Classrooms do not contain good facilities. Sports and extra activities are also very minimum these things should be improved.
The hostels are fine. You'll have the clean the room by yourself when you shift. There are common bathrooms. The rooms given are single and shared for freshers. Once you clean them they are great. You can complain if there's any issue related to your room and the caretaker will get it fixed. Meals are provided according to the timetable given. There's breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. The hostel is mandatory.
There are cricket and football matches and many more. There's a food fest too and an annual fest called abhivyanjana. Also now there are many Techfest and hackathons that are being organized by the university. The recent UNESCO, 2022 was held in GBU. There are books available for every course in the library in a properly organized section. classrooms are also clean and have proper furniture. there are many clubs like a techno-cultural clubs, Drama club, music club, and many more. there's even C.E.D.T i.e. center for excellence and drone technology.
Single room for everybody and that too with a balcony. Meal quality is decent most of the time but at times it even becomes unconsumable. The registration for a hostel is done with the application itself. Comparing the price of the hostel and the mess it is pretty more affordable.
Tech fests are not conducted at anytime in the past but one is being planned. Dawat-e-GBU is a food fest which is organized by the students during the fall season. The library has a lot of books and that too with sufficient copies. AC is nearly non-functional all the time. The indoor stadium offers many different sports to students. A Cricket tournament is held between schools every once in a while. There is a music group, dance group, drama group and many more like these.
