This is the most interesting course for me because, From a younger age, I want to be a medical professional at this time of digital media the eye is the most affected body part of our body. That's the main reason for choosing Optometry. The faculties are very good and they are very friendly in the case of teaching.
The admission procedure is really amazing and also easy in the college. We just have to score 60% marks in physics chemistry and biology to book a seat at this college. Then we have to seat the CET examination for admission.
Faculty members are really good in the college of Vidyasagar College of Optometry and Vision Science. And our HOD Dilip Kumar Mondal sir is really a great person. Ha has the ability to solve any problems personal or financial problems related to their studies.
The admission process is very easy and very easy. We just have to score sixty percent marks on the higher secondary examination on the science group includes physics , chemistry and biology. Just need to call Dilip Kumar Mondal sir for admission.
The Faculty members are really great and very helpful. Basically every member of our college is very knowledgeable and very good in teaching and giving knowledge to us. This is the best optometry college in India.
Pure science students are allowed. 60% marks in H.S. and secondary exams for admission to the college Vidyasagar college of optometry and vision science. Sixty percent of marks in physics, chemistry, and biology are mostly needed.
The faculty members of our college are great. They are very good at teaching and guiding the whole study status. And our Local guardian Dilip Kumar Monday sir is the best person I have met in my life. The semester exams are easy and on time.
You can get admission by a normal common entrance test. First come first serve service. I have applied by physically coming to the campus in Kolkata. There is no reservation system. Admission is done in the month of August most probably.
I choose this course to get a bright future in the vision field and I want to treat people's vision. The teachers are good and supportive. In the first and second years, they pass time a lot and no proper routine-wise class is done in any semester. There is a strict rule about getting in and out of college. There are a lot of instruments for doing the practical. Exams are of moderate level and are conducted by MAKAUT.

I took admission by giving the CET exam. I applied for it online the exam was also online. Cut off was 80%. I gave the exam during lockdown time. Then I contacted our principal. He suggested this is the best college with the best faculties who always try to appreciate their students and bring out the best in them
I chose this course because I have always wanted to do medicine. The faculty and student ratio can be 1:2. All our facilities are optometrists and they know how to bring the best out of their students. We have CA exams and then we have semesters. Always have to be prepared for the exams to score well and learn everything
10+2 qualification with PCM or PCB combination. The form is available on the Official website- www.vcovs.org. No reservation criteria. There is an entrance exam named CET which is held twice a year. Interested candidates can sit on that exam and according to the marks obtained admission process proceed further.
This is a fully independent clinical course. There are also other opportunities in various fields. Faculty no is about 13-14 according to the student per year 60. Faculties are very well qualified, specialized, Humble, and Helpful. With the help of ppt presentations, model demonstrations, and live interactive classes. Semester-type exam. Exam difficulty is moderate.
The student should have passed class 12 with science subjects. This course is better for students who want to go for the paramedical line. This makes the students nonsurgical doctors. I got eligible for this course because I qualified for class 12 by getting 75%.
They are nice to every student. There's no partiality between them and the students. Every teacher is highly educated and teaches us like their own children. No matter how many times we ask the same question they will repeat it until we understand it.
After higher secondary, we have to complete CET exams. After passing this exam I have a mail from the college. The mandatory subject is Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. And you find the application form on the website in the college's name. 4 years course and the college fee is 450000
I chose this course because I want to help people to give their eyesight back. In our country, maximum people lose their eye sight lacking treatment. Faculties qualification is much good and their teaching method is very appreciable
