• Attested copy of Statement of marks of Class 10th and Class 12th
• Attested copy of Leaving Certificate
• Two recent coloured passport size photograph

Engineering Course:

• Attested copy of Statement of marks of 10+2/ BSc. / M.Sc. (Original at the time of admission)
• Attested copy of Leaving Certificate (Original at the time of admission)
• Attested copy of Transfer Certificate (Original at the time of admission)
• Attested copy of Conduct Certificate (Original at the time of admission)
• Four recent passport size photograph duly signed by candidate on the back side
• Medical Certificate for Physical Fitness and Color Vision from Registered Medical Practitioner
• Attested copy of Security Clearance Certificate from Ministry of Home Affair (for Foreign Nationals & NRI’s Candidates) (Original at the time of admission)
